Memorial Day

We had a great time at PK for the long Memorial Day weekend!  We went with the Ogle cousins and Teffy.  What a fun time - on the boat, having free time while the kids were napping, a fun dinner out and lots of laughter.  Thanks Bill and Lisa for a great weekend!

Memorial Day Trip with Team Riss

The Ogle clan was so great to let us use their lake house at PK for Memorial Day weekend.  What fun ... well mostly!  It's always an adventure to travel with little children!  Emily and I drove over with the kids on Friday afternoon.  No one really slept, the air conditioning wasn't working right and Cole got stung by something about 5 minutes after we arrived.  Not the best start, but we made it through.  Let's just say, we were more than ready for the guys to arrive after work.

Saturday was a lot more fun, with swimming, air conditioning and the best part - margaritas on the dock and no kiddos for Em and me for the afternoon.  That was worth the trip!  

The Team headed back to Dallas on Sunday after a rough night with the boys.  Jay then headed our way with his Jet Ski on Sunday night.  We had a great time with him, visiting and playing in the water.
